Deleting your CukaiSifu account
You can delete your account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by email. Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription — cancel that in the store.
From inside the app
Open Settings, scroll to Account, and tap Delete account. Confirm, and the account is deleted immediately: your profile, clients, reminders, notes, meetings, documents, reports, email suggestions and every file you uploaded, in every folder.
Deleting only some data
You do not have to delete the whole account to remove something. Every client, reminder, note, meeting, document and report can be deleted on its own and is removed immediately, and you can disconnect a mailbox in Settings. If you would rather ask us to remove specific data, email support@jnaappstudio.com from the address you signed up with, saying what you want removed.
What happens to connected email
Deleting the account disconnects every mailbox and removes any IMAP password from the phone. CukaiSifu keeps no copy of your mailbox, and nothing in it is changed or deleted; drafts CukaiSifu saved stay in your Drafts folder. You can also withdraw the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) or in your Microsoft account's app permissions.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@jnaappstudio.com from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. It is done within 30 days, usually much sooner, and you get a confirmation.
What is kept afterwards
Only an archive of which versions of the Terms and Privacy Notice you accepted and when, with your email and account id replaced by one-way codes, kept for 7 years so that a dispute about the account can still be answered. It contains nothing you entered in the app. Server backups roll off within 30 days. Proof of purchase is held by the app store.
